Agent/Client Feedback
Open House - July 11
We had 2 groups today, a woman from Westlake that was looking for her son who lives in Oak Park, she said it may not be a good fit as he may need more space.
The other group was a couple that just started their search to downsize, they currently live in the Trails here in Westlake. They liked the upgrades, views and low maintenance, said they would have liked both a living and formal living area as they like to entertain. They are still trying to figure out what neighborhood they want to end up in, they are also considering the Fairview Townhomes and a few other areas locally.
Open House - June 13
We had 3 groups today, from Agoura, Woodland Hills and Oak Park. The party from Agoura said they would talk to their agent; I will follow up to see if any interest in an offer. The other 2 had just started their home search, one is downsizing and the other hasn’t put their home on the market yet. They all seemed to like the home and felt it was priced well.
The Granada Hills buyers are still waiting on their cash offer, agent said they will keep me posted.
Showing - June 7
Spoke to the agent from today’s showing and his clients like the property, they are going to discuss further about a potential offer. I forwarded them the comps and list of upgrades as well. I’ll keep you posted if I have any further updates.
Open House - June 6
We had 2 groups today, they mentioned the home showed very well. One of them had just started their search in the area and are also considering TO. The other seemed like it was not a good fit for them, they were initially interested in the golf course view, they did not say much more when asked further questions about thoughts.
I have circled back with the other buyers who previously submitted to see how things are going with getting their homes in escrow.
Open House - May 31
We had 16 groups this week from Encino, Porter Ranch, Tarzana and locally here in the area. A few were looking for a bit larger but were intrigued to take a look due to the photos, one was trying to figure out how to put an elevator and another from Encino that really likes it but prefers a single story, if they are not able to find one, this is still a strong option for them, he asked to keep him in the loop of the activity.
May 29
Buyer Diane Weiss-She liked all of the upgrades and design of the home, the privacy was a concern for her but wanted to see fo herself and felt she needs more privacy and will not be considering the home.
May 28
Buyer Tony Moradian-Showing went well, nothing really negative to say, I addressed the lighting in the living room and he was appreciative of that. This was one of four homes he was looking at today, I will follow up with the agent later this evening to see if interested in submitting an offer. He's going to consider but still looking at other options.
Broker Tour - May 20th
We had 6 brokers today, they all mentioned the home showed and presented well, they liked the upgrades and golf course view.
Open House - May 17th
We had 24 people, including one group returning from Saturday for a second look with an early 10:30am private showing. We also had an agent preview for her clients from Granada Hills who showed increased interest in submitting an offer. Feedback was similar: people liked the new roof and upgraded master bath, but a few felt they wanted more privacy after seeing more golfers than expected.
House Premiere - May 16th
We had 50 people view the home from Granada Hills, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, Orange County, Los Angeles, Calabasas and locally. Guests seemed to like all the upgrades, and the decorating style really showed your personality and care for the home. We had a few people who wanted a 4th bedroom but were drawn to take a look after seeing the photos. We had one group come back for a second look towards the end of the open house. Overall great activity and feedback for a successful first day.
