July 28th
Open House - We had 2 groups today, the one from Westlake Village and another from Pasadena, I left a message with the Pasadena buyers agent to see if there’s additional interest.
July 27th
We had 2 people today, both from the San Fernando Valley, one was looking to downsize, the home is larger than she would like. The other came off of the open house signs, she was looking for something smaller as well. Mary reached out and she said her clients are staying at $1,825,000. She said she can’t get them to come up on price.
July 21st
Much busier day, had 14 people, most locally and a few from the Camarillo area. People like the updated kitchen and back yard space. The lady who was supposed come back today for a second showing said they were looking at homes in Camarillo today but will reach out if interested in taking another look, they are still weighing out their options.
July 20th
We had 2 groups today, one was local and the other that was from the San Fernando Valley showed increased interest, they were here for about 30 min. I will be following up to see if there is any interest of an offer.
July 17th
Broker Open: We had 8 brokers today, one of them did have a client that may be interested. I am following up to see if they want to set up a showing. Agents like the updates and space, most felt the home was priced well.
July 14th
Another busy day, had one group come back for a second showing and another group showed increased interest. I will follow up. People like the updates in the kitchen and back yard is great. We had people from Camarillo, Port Hueneme, Westlake Village and locally come by.
July 13th
House Premiere: People love the kitchen and upgrades, back yard is a good size with the pool, fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Home has been well kept over the years, has a good feel and everything seems to be in its place. We also had 8 agents come by with clients or either to preview for their clients, good activity for the first day of showings. We had people from Pasadena, Glendale, Orange County, Santa Barbara, San Fernando Vally and locally in the area.
