Open House | June 7
We had 3 groups today, similar feedback as the home shows well and they like the upgrades. One group liked the size of the master bedroom but said she would have liked closet doors, I told her that was an easy fix.
I had one group who was here for 25 min and really liked it, they currently rent in the Covina area, their agent reached out and said they are discussing further about a potential offer. I will keep you posted if I have any further updates.

Today went well, 12 visitors, people seemed to like the upgrades you have done, they said home shows well and priced well. I had one person who didn’t care for the street noise. I would say about 4 people showed increased interest, so I will be following up with them for any additional feedback and see if interested in submitting an offer. Cheers to a successful first open house.

We had 8 people today, similar feedback from yesterday, we had people from Glendora, Whittier and locally. People liked the upgrades, a couple mentioned they would like closet doors. Overall, a great opening weekend. I have a few people to reach out for additional feedback.

We had 3 groups today, I will need to follow up with 2 of their agents, as 2 showed some interest in a possible offer. They liked the location and upgrades, one group mentioned they wanted a more updated kitchen, but it showed well.
