We had a buyer interested in our lots and also in the neighbor on 611 Erskine, per the agent they are talking to their builder to see how the lots can be utilized for building what they want. I will follow up for an update.

Recent inquiry, waiting to hear back but he seemed initially turned off by usable building pad, he said I like flat lots but would take a look. Waiting on additional feedback from him.

Erskine didn’t seem to excite my client. 16821 Via La Costa, Pacific Palisades-Listed at $2,195,000-This is the property he was considering before it went into escrow. If you have anything offmarket I could send him that could accommodate a 5-7k sq ft home with ocean views in the ~2-2.2M range I will pass it along.
