Open House with no attendees.
July 20
We had 3 groups today, 1 showed no interest. The other 2 showed increased interest and may come back for a second showing this coming week. They liked the potential of making the back bedroom into an ADU, they mentioned it needs repairs but good potential.
June 23
2 groups showed increased interest, I have reached out to their agent about a possible offer. They liked the potential of the home to add their own improvements. I will update once I hear from the agent about a possible offer.
June 22
We had 9 people today from Santa Barbara, North Hollywood, Camarillo and locally here in Newbury Park. Similar feedback about the home needing updating, they liked the space and the recent updates of the larger items like the roof, solar, landscaping, recess lighting, heating and air. A couple people showed some in and I will follow up to inquire about a possible offer.
June 15
The buyers like the fact that the home has a newer roof, solar, ac and heating but felt the home still needs more updating in the kitchen, bath, paint and new flooring. They like the space but too much work for them at $1,000,000.
June 05
Agents felt the home was overpriced, needs paint carpet and the bathrooms need remodeling, nice that it has 2 master suites and a lot of square footage, nice landscaping as well.

We had 14 people visit, some of the common feedback was people like the square footage and that the home is a single story but that they are looking for something more modern and move in ready with less repairs.

People like the square footage and potential of the home, they liked the landscaping and that the roof is newer, has solar and the newer ac, heating and water heater are a plus, with a nice size garage. About half of the people felt the home was priced high due to the repairs needed but said they would give it some consideration. Overall a good day with people coming to see the home.
July 14
We had 2 groups today, 1 did not have any interest, the second liked the size of the home, felt it needed repairs and updating and said they would discuss with their agent.
June 30
We had 22 people today, similar feedback with people liking the upgrades you’ve done and the potential. 4 people seemed to show increased interest, and 1 came back from last week. I will reach out to see if they are interested in submitting an offer.
