Showing went well, they live in the neighborhood on Graystone and are looking for something with a view, they felt the home needed some updating but nothing that would need to be some right away, this would also be a downsize for them. They are going to discuss further, I will follow up with the agent later this afternoon to see if interested in submitting an offer.
Showing - Monday, January 19th
Showing went well, family was here for a good 45 minutes, they said the home was beautiful, showed very well and great location. The wife did mention she would have like the kitchen to be more updated/modern. They said they are going to discuss further with their agent so I will follow up with him tomorrow for any additional insight.
Sunday, January 18th
We had another great day with 30 people coming from Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks and West Hills. Similar feedback as yesterday. We have a handful of interested buyers that we will be following up with to see if interested in submitting an offer and will be getting some additional feedback from them and their agents.
Saturday, January 17th
Great turnout today with 24 people coming through the open house. We had people from Northridge, Studio City, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Sherman Oaks, West Hills and Woodland Hills. People really loved the views and like the fact that it has no HOA. Most felt the home showed very well with a some mentioning the home needs updating, the 5 bedrooms plus the office was definitely a plus. Overall great turnout and feedback. We do have one of the neighbors daughters coming in from San Diego tomorrow to take a look at the home as well..
