Broker Tour-9/25
We had 6 brokers and one who came with their clients. Everyone had great things to say about the home, several complimented your design and decor. The broker who came with their clients was here for maybe 30 mins and really took it all in. Another broker will be coming back this weekend with clients to show the home. Overall great feedback and turnout.
Open House-9/26
We had a great turnout today with 18 people, including brokers and prospective buyers. Everyone really loved how the home felt well kept and taken care of, with many complementing the decor and style. As expected people love the views, and the fact that it had a downstairs bedroom. There were a few parties that showed increased interest so we will be circling back with them to see if there’s any interest in submitting an offer. One party mentioned they will be returning tomorrow with their spouse to take a second look at the home. overall, great feedback and turnout. I will keep you posted on any progress.
Open House-9/27
Another great turnout with 18 people today. We had 2 groups from Saturday come back for a second look, I am circling back with their agent for any additional feedback and to see if they are interested in an offer.
Overall similar feedback to yesterday with the home showing well and feeling well maintained. We will let you know if we have any updates. A very successful premiere weekend!
Open House-10/3
We had 5 groups today, from North Hollywood, Malibu and locally in the area. Overall good feedback, similar to last week. We did have one potential buyer mention concerns with the rising interest rates; they also would like to do some upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. They said they are interested but will have to crunch some numbers, I will be in touch with them.
We have another buyer who is getting qualified with our lender, so I will be circling back with him to see how that is going.
Open House-10/4
We had 4 groups today, one from yesterday came back with their agent, they seemed to like it so I will circle back about interest in an offer. Another group who is here local in the neighborhood also showed increased interest and said they would be discussing. We will be following up with interested parties and keep you posted on the progress.
